Booking of a Tour

As soon you are ready to proceed with the reservations, you will be required to send 30 % of the total tour cost as an advance payment to make the booking. Apart from 30 % of the total tour price, you would also need to pay us the full amount for air/train tickets that are required to be issued.

As soon as advance is received, we will initiate the bookings for your hotel reservations, book your tickets and start making necessary arrangements for your trip and keep you updated. Once this is done, a reservation status will be sent to you. You will then require to pay another 20 % of the tour cost. Balance 50% of the tour cost should be paid 45 days prior to the commencement of the tour.

** During peak season of Christmas and New Year 100 % payment is required to be sent at the time of booking.

** Please note that the prices quoted are as per the prevailing foreign exchange conversion rates. The final costing will, therefore, be subjected to fluctuations, if any, and will be accordingly adjusted at the time of receipt of payment.

Amendment to Booked Tour

We do not encourage changes in the confirmed arrangements but if you need to make amendments in the arrangements already confirmed, we will do all possible to accommodate the changes, depending on the availability in various segments of the tour. However, the changes will be subject to certain minimum amendment and will incur administration charges.

Payment of the Tour

1) Online Payments via Gateway

You can [pay with Visa, Master, American Express and Diners Cards payments are processed through our online partner payment gateway systems. We sent you a payment link to your email and through that link you can make the payment. We do not ask for your card details. Card payment charges will be added to the total cost of the tour amount.

2) Payment through “Bank Transfer”

Payments can be made through direct Bank remittances too our Bankers. Details of our bank account will be provided by us.

Cancellation of a Booked Tour

We would deeply regret your decision to cancel your tour, however, we realize that there are many valid reasons that this can happen. Cancellation must be notified in writing and will take effect the day it is received.

Cancellation charges:

  • If cancellation is 90 days or more prior to arrival – 50% of the deposited amount towards ‘Tour cost’ shall be refunded.
  • If cancellation is between 90 days to 60 days prior to arrival – 30% of the deposited amount towards “Tour Cost” shall be refunded
  • If cancellation is between 60 days to 45 days prior to arrival – 20% of the deposited amount towards “Tour Cost” shall be refunded
  • If cancellation is within 45 days prior to arrival – No Refund

Cancellation of Flight Tickets: Flight Tickets booked are non-refundable. Name change and date change can be considered as per the rules stipulated by the airline. No change or refunds can be offered if flights are delayed/cancelled.

Cancellation of Wildlife Safaris: Wildlife safaris booked into any of Wildlife National Park/Sanctuaries are non-refundable. Even a date change request will be considered as a cancellation and no payment can be refunded or adjusted against it.

For Group Tours we change the cancellation policy according to the nature of the Trip, which is informed at the time of presenting the tour. For Big Groups if cancellation 90 days prior to arrival- No Refund.

Miscellaneous Terms and Conditions:

  • Once the hotel booking is confirmed there will be no refund towards the cost of the hotel booking as applicable.
  • Any hike in hotel rates, airfares, airport taxes/fuel will attract a surcharge to be paid prior to the departure date.
  • Service charges are non-refundable.
  • Allotment of room type is subject to availability at the sole discretion of the hotel.

OTHER TERMS AND CONDITIONS

The users availing services from INDIA UNVEILED TOURS shall be considered and reckoned to have read, understood and accepted the terms and conditions. Liabilities of INDIA UNVEILED TOURS shall be restricted to the scope of this agreement.

The User expressly agrees that use of the services is at their sole risk to the extent that INDIA UNVEILED TOURS acts as a booking agent on behalf of third-party service provider, and therefore, all services shall be subject to “as is” and “as available” basis and shall be governed by the terms and condition under which these services are provided by service providers. The user agrees that there can be “Force Majeure” circumstance accruing out of acts of God, fire, weather, labour unrest, epidemic, insolvency, operational, technical issues, etc. resulting in the service providers such has airlines, hotels, transportation providers not able to honour confirmed booking. In such events INDIA UNVEILED TOURS shall not be liable to pay any compensation, refund, interest or damages and shall have the right to change a schedule, booking itinerary in the interest of safety, comfort and general well-being of the user.

INDIA UNVEILED TOURS hereby expressly disclaims any implied warranties imputed buy the laws of any jurisdiction or country and considers itself subject to the jurisdiction only of the courts of NCR of Delhi, India.
